FEBRUARY ONE

There are two kinds of optimists – wise, and otherwise. An intelligent optimist believes things will be right in the world, and works diligently to make them so. They think everything is ordered for the best, and that the world inevitably moves toward the good, the true, and the beautiful.

The mentality of an optimist to look only for the best in life gives them an advantage in finding what they look for. Happiness is therefore a habit, not a destination.

Optimism is closely connected to great achievement. The true optimist gets the most out of life, and at the same time increases the faith and courage of those around them. Intelligent optimism creates enthusiasm, and enthusiasm is the driving force of every great enterprise.
